I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at RPI working with Prof. Srinivas Akella and Prof. Jeff Trinkle. I have done my B.E. in Mechanical Engg. from Jalpaiguri Govt. Engg. College and M.Sc.(Engg) from Department of Mechanical Engineering, IISc, Bangalore. At RPI, I am a member of the Algorithmic Robotics Lab (ARL). Broadly speaking my research interests are in robotics and applied mathematics (application of optimization and topology in robotics). I am looking for a postdoctoral position in Robotics starting Fall 2008. Here is my CV.
