To Extract Communities Minimizing Frustration :
python main.py <input> <output>

Input Format:
Graph is a list of edges.
One edge per line.
Format of edge : u\tv\tsign\n [u,v are the vertex ids of the edge and sign is the sign of the edge +/- 1]

Output : 
Is a python pickle object that stores the various statistics of the communities detected.

Requirements : 
python networkx
pickle package to store the statistics
matplotlib and pylab to plot the graphs
