The files in this directory are the C++ source code of the "counting
components" developed in the Generic Programming Project at Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute, as described in
http://www.cs.rpi.edu/~musser/gp.  They are generic adaptors for use
in measuring computing times and operation counts of C++ generic
algorithms like those in STL.
