I'm a Ph.D. student in Computer Science department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

I'm working on the following areas:

• Multiple-biomarker tensors to cluster M. tuberculosis complex strains into sublineages.
• Simulated annealing algorithms to fit PARAFAC models.
• Visualization: spoligoforests and host-pathogen graphs.
• Epidemiological models of M. tuberculosis complex infections.
