Read BSCN, pp. 175-207, Interconnecting Multiple OSPF Areas

Lab:

Get as far as you can through the exercises starting on page 207, and ending on page 219  (answers:  page 219 - 245).  Always configure the backbone in addition to your pod.  See sample.

I don't think it is realistic to get through all these labs in one two hour lab.   We will probably have to use M/T labs to finish up.  (Give me feedback after you have worked on this.)  Second, I don't think you will be able to do these labs (unlike last week) before reading the material.  Therefore I want to use class time to get started on the reading, so that during lab time, you can actually do the labs!

    Lab attendance has been REALLY poor.  Are people doing the labs on their own rather than during lab time?  Are people just not doing the labs?   I have TAs who have set aside major blocks of time to be there to help you.   Do we need to consolidate the lab times so that we meet fewer times but have more people in the labs?  I need your feedback in order to help you.  I would say the probability of failing this course if you don't do the labs is somewhere between 80-95%.   Again, I need your feedback in order to help you.
