Go over stubby, totally stubby, and not so stubby areas in OSPF (handout, pp. 202-205, CCNP Cisco Networking Academy Program: Semester Five Companion Guide Advanced Routing, Mark McGregor). Talk about the difference between an Autonomous System (AS) as it is used in OSPF, and how the exact same term is used differently when talking about BGP.
