only set up a username and password and then e-mail kathy@dgsnet.com.  From Kathy:   All I need is their name, time and method of payment.  Leave out the other steps.  Also, they are setting up IDs on the VUE site, not actually registering for the exam.  After they set up a profile on VUE they e-mail me their name, the time they want to take the exam and how they will pay for it (cash, check, credit card).  I'll do the rest.  It is much easier for me to set up exams than to move them.

Then email  (including your username and password) and indicate the time at which you want to take the exam (the web page will not allow you to sign up for the 6 - 8 pm time frame)

Option 2     -    Any time Tuesday, October 9th through Friday October 12th
