[Boleslaw Szymanski]

I am not sure if we discussed it already, but only now I read a nice 
article about the structure of the Milky Way in Scientific American (April 
issue from this year). They cite Prof. Newberg's article, which is good, but may 
ruin our plan to publish in the same journal an article with similar topic 
even though our content would be different.
