Hey Everybody,

Just an update on the status of the BOINC project. I'm currently
running the 5th genetic search on
BOINC, and i've gotten most of the bugs worked out. Since we're doing
work people are starting to
get interested in whats going on -- so i think it's very important for
everybody to make an account so
we can answer questions about what we're doing on the message boards.
It might also be good to
download and install BOINC on any machines you have available and
connect to the project :)

From what i've seen -- it's performing the searches (at least in terms
of evaluations/sec) at least as fast
as using all the processors on the RPI grid that i have access to (all 4
sun machines, all the AIX
machines, and the whole CL opteron cluster).

Also, someone posted this today in the MilkyWay at home Science forum:

Hello,

I've seen a few results of n-body simulations, and they look great. Will
any of that be done here?

Maybe Nate or Heidi could answer his question about n-body simulations?
