[astro] 64 bit windows binary for BOINC

Some people have requested 64 bit windows binaries.  I was wondering if 
it would be possible to get access to
a computer with 64 bit windows so we could compile the project and make 
this available.  The 64 bit linux/unix
app is about twice as fast as the 32 bit one -- so this would be nice to 
have for people who would use it.
