Add "X Reference" and "Y Reference" to database.

Please add these to the database per our discussion on wed. Units should be in mm.

Do you mean x/y stage values? I have already added a bug report on this (see 277). I think X/Y values currently exist to put a point on an image for a chemical analysis.

In that bug, there is also a question about the unit and whether the values would be decimal or integers.
