Bulk uploaded dates not fully displayed

Description

Bulk uploaded collection dates (for samples, not sure about analyses/images) only display as month and year (though the day was uploaded/is stored). If you open a sample for editing, it is correct in the box (includes the day), and is fixed when you save it, ie. it is fully displayed.
