Find out how much time it would take to synchronize the test database with the stage and release databases
Perhaps this can be accomplished with Bulk Download capability
Steve is going to put the effort to restructure the codebase on hold so that he can address the permissions feature
Frank would like someone to update the staging application to display 50 or 100 results instead of 10
We need to come up with a regular process for promoting test to stage to reduce time waiting for the application
Frank and Ben will discuss how they are going to handle Bibliographic reference data
Steve is going to send out an email when the test site is upgraded to GWT 2.0

Frank and Ben would like an adhoc query run against the staging database that gives them a list of AN numbers (publication reference numbers), a count of the chemical_analysis, a count of the images, and a count of the samples associated with each reference. This is needed in order to help them clean up the references in the system.
Steve has been working on the deployment to the test instance but running into issues such as inadequate permissions, out of date documentation. He will work with Labstaff to get this deployed soon and then notify the team.
Steve has been working on writing tests surrounding the enhancement of permissions code. The current code makes extensive use of Hibernate Session Filters which is troublesome since the sql clauses required to maintain row level security of the data is very dynamic. He will approach the problem using the Hibernate Criteria API which which is more robust.
Brenden has a working environment and will start working on the widgets.
