Amos Eaton Network Transition

We will be transitioning the last of the networks in Amos Eaton to new routers July 12th at 10am. It will affect subnets 1, 3, 6, 8, 28, and 29.

It took a while to straighten out, but everything should be ok as of 1:53pm.
