Exporting email to a text file

• click the drop down Arrow by Reply and select the Message text garbled? option
• Right click on the frame with the message, and then select This Frame and Save This Frame As
• Select Plain Text Document if it isn't already selected on the window that comes up and fill in the desired filename at the top of the page
• click Save at the bottom.
