HOWTO: Automatically delete held messages

• Access the admin interface for your mailing list
• Select [ General Options ]
• Change max_days_to_hold, default=0 which will hold messages indefinitely.
• Select [ Privacy Options ]
  • Select [ Sender Filters ]
  • Change forward_auto_discards=Y
    • Spam option -- email received from non-list memebers will be forwarded to the list maintainer then discarded.

Should messages from non-members, which are automatically discarded, be forwarded to the list moderator? (Edit forward_auto_discards)

• Click [ Submit Your Changes ]

HOWTO: Unsubscribe a list member

• Access the admin interface of your mailing list
• Select [ Membership Managment ]
• Check 'unsub' by the list members entry
• Click [ Submit Your Changes ]

HOWTO: Change archiving and list-member only viewing of archives

• Access the admin interface of your mailing list
• Select [ Archiving Options ]
• Options
  • Archive messages: YES
  • Source for public / private archival: Change to private
• Click [ Submit Your Changes ]
