Lally switch replacement

There will be brief interruptions as ports are switched from our closet to the VCC closet beginning around 10am.

There should be no change in the way things work after the transition is complete.

Lally second and third floors are complete.

The basement was switched over Monday the 15th 10am-11:05am.
