PROBLEMS
I am unable to edit pages in web xyz
- Pages may only be edited by users that have registered with the server.
- A CS or RPI account / unix login is required for access.
- First determine if you have been authenticated and identified.
- To do this look in the top left navigation panel. If anything other than "Welcome ${your_wikiword_name}" is displayed you will not be able to modify web pages.
- If "Login" or "Register" is displayed in the top left corner click the appropriate link.
- If you have attempted to login but see 'RPI.EDU' rather than your wiki-word name contact labstaff.
- Next try to modify web pages in an area where you should always have access
- Your home page (click on your wiki-word name in the top left to navigate there)
- sandbox web (click sandbox in the bottom left hand navigation panel).
- If you are unable to modify these web pages contact labstaff
- If you are able to modify content on your home page but not pages in another web permission from the web owner will be needed.
- Contact the web owner and request permission to modify the web.
- If you are unsure of who maintains a given web contact labstaff.
