Trouble Ticketing System


We have moved to a new trouble ticketing system. CS Faculty were emailed accounts in June. The url for the new system is https://rpics.mojohelpdesk.com/

You will need to click on the "Please login now" link in the upper right hand corner to sutmit tickets.

In order to avoid making an account for every student, we made a shared ticketing account per research group (based on the "All Research Groups" link off the main CS page) for grad student use. It allows groups to see what has already been reported by their groups and to help peers with solutions if known by other members of the group. Group accounts do not currently allow for email replies, so you will need to check back on the ticketing system to look for the status of your ticket.

If you need to page labstaff, you can set the priority of a ticket to Emergency. It will take a minimum of 6 minutes for the page to go out, and was roughly 10 minutes total to receive the page in testing. Note that forgotten passwords or problems that haven't been mentioned in a long time are not emergencies.

Please page only for true emergencies. Any person or group who abuses paging may lose their ability to page.
