Welcome to Jacob "Juda" Becker's Student Home Page. I am a graduate student in Computer Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute interested in Computer Vision. I will be receiving my Masters of Science in August 2009.
It is tradition back home in Green County Wisconsin to display the shields of where one's ancestors are from. This is mainly a hold over from when the main settlers of Green County, the Swiss, where one would proudly display ones canton. To the left are the shields representing the United States, Switzerland, Germany, and Norway. To the right are the Coat of Arms for Wisconsin, and the shields of the Cantons Burn, Zurich, and Glarus.
