Short Biography

I am now a software engineer in Facebook Inc. I got my masters degree from Department of Computer Science, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in December 2010. My advisor is Professor Barbara Cutler. Before I came to RPI, I got my Bachelor degree in 2007 from Department of Computer Science, Sun Yat-sen University. Here is my resume.

Research Interests

My general research interest is Computer Graphics, especially fluid simulation, hydraulics erosion simulation and subdivision surfaces. I also have some experience and knowledge of search engine. In addition, I am interested in playing with algorithms.

- Software Engineer Intern in Facebook Inc. (June, 2011 - August, 2011)

I was in search infrastruture team and worked on a search engine of places and events. My responsibility was to extend the places search engine to make it also capable of searching for events. I worked on every infrastructure component of the search engine and learned a lot.
