Kaoutar El Maghraoui

Welcome!

I joined IBM's Watson Research Center as a Research Staff Member.

I obtained my PhD degree from the Computer Science Department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. My thesis advisor is Dr. Carlos A. Varela, Founding Director of the Worldwide Computing Laboratory.

I obtained a masters degree in Computer Networks and a bachelors degree in Software Engineering from Al Akhawayn University in Morocco.

My thesis dissertation focused on devising decentralized middleware-triggered application reconfiguration strategies in dynamic execution environments such as grids and shared clusters.
