Favorites: If you ask my brother David what his favorite something or other is, he will say, "I don't believe in favorites." I sympathize with that a great deal. I believe it often does not make sense to have a single favorite, because there are so many things to like and so many different ways to like them. In some categories of things, I don't have a favorite, and I refuse to invent one, but there are some categories in which I do have a favorite or several favorites. Here are some:
