Hello Everyone,
I hope you're enjoying your weekend! I received an email from Cisco regarding a career event they are hosting. I thought some of you may be interested, so I'm posting the email I received here. Please make sure you pay attention to the deadlines if you are interested!
Cisco Systems and the Cisco Networking Academy Program are partnering to address the increasing demand within our Channel Partner ecosystem [http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/pr11/index.html] for talented networking and IT candidates.
We are ready to host a strategic recruitment event at the Cisco Systems New York City office on May 2, 2007. Please hold the date.
This event is designed to link students and alumni of the Networking Academy program with potential employers.
These events are not traditional “career fairs”. The events are structured to give employers an opportunity to interview qualified candidates face to face during a full day of scheduled interviews.
Last year we held this event at The Borough of Manhattan Community College as well as Syracuse University and they were both very successful.
Please have your interested students log into our PROMOTE IT CAREERS website.
