food, what's life without it...

Being a vegetarian in this country for the free is very frustrating at most times and at others, tests your patience... I know, there are Indian stores all over the place and being vegetarian gives you an opportunity to see the bewildered and bemused expressions on the faces of numerous waiters/waitresses, all in all, its not something you want to be when you come to America. To compound matters, Americans are pure non-vegetarian, they eat meat in every meal they consummate! Fat chance you have at surviving if you end up living with Americans.... Not true, I am living with five of them, and though they think everything I cook "Smells like shit" (sic), you can survive. You gonna start thinking this to be strange, but Dr. Bryan Spinelli (my room-mate who dons many garbs) helped me come up with my survival guide. Me, the philanthrophic man that I am, am gonna share his pearls of dietary wisdom with you...
