Thyagaraja Aradhana:

The 11th Thyagaraja Aradhana was held on May 5, 2007 at the
Hindu Temple, Albany. Thanks to the effort of all volunteers and
coordinators.  Shivkumar Kalyanaraman led the Pancharatna
singing session with Ramani Raghavachari, Janaki Krishnamoorthy,
Haripriya Vimayak, Lakshmi Yerramalli and Jayanth Krishnamurthy
and Deepak Canchi accompanying them on the guitar. This year saw
more than 40 participants for individual and youngster group
presentations.

Audio system transportation was carried out by Dileep
Satyanarayana, Jayanth Krishnamurthy, Shivkumar Kalyanaraman and
set up with help from Dr. Nalini Madiwale and monitored by Shri
Appa Madiwale.

The afternoon concert was a delightful flute recital by Shashank
accompanied by B.U.Ganesh Prasad on the violin and Phalgun on
the mridangam. Pallavi thanks Seemanti and Ramanath for hosting
the artists and coordinating the lunch.

Buffalo Thyagaraja Day:

Thanks to Mr.Kumar Madurai you may now listen to all the music
from both the morning and evening sessions of Buffalo's 2007
St.Thyagaraja Day.
