Web Database

• If I is a Web instance containing (possibly infinite) set of objects I(Obj), then description of an object o in I is the finite set of tuples in each relation that contain o in their first coordinate.

• Same as WebSQL, we can view Web as a directed graph where

  • objects (or documents) are nodes
  • references (or anchors) are links with possible labels

• Inst(Web) denotes the set of all possible web instances
