Open Source Data Mining Workshop
on Frequent Pattern Mining Implementations

in conjunction with ACM SIGKDD 2005
All submissions should be submitted electronically, by the submission deadline of June 8, 2005, to the workshop contact, Bart Goethals, at goethals @ gmail.com. In addition to the implementations, each submission must include a paper that describes the implemented algorithm, and provides a deep analysis of the proposed techniques, by presenting results on the performance of the algorithm with and without each of the used techniques or optimizations, and if appropriate, an explanation of why the submitted algorithm performs better than existing implementations or algorithms.

The paper should be made in PDF or PostScript format. Submissions should be a maximum of 10 pages and should use the ACM SIG Proceedings Templates.

Submissions will be reviewed by members of the program committee and accepted submissions will be presented at the workshop. The accompanying papers are published in the workshop proceedings (which will be included in the ACM digital library).
